We teach the TRUTH, and nothing but the TRUTH,

Our God-given Pledge To You

We respect, and promote, the God-given ability of each individual to make clear, rational decisions for themselves. Therefore, we do not engage in the deceptive religious double-speak that passes as "systematic theology". Because it really is "systematic deception". It disables the logical processes; and forces the individual to either make a leap of "blind faith", or to retreat into the dark shadows of secularism. Instead we present the original, fact-based, gospel of JESUS CHRIST; which any person can understand with a little common sense. Then a person can develop the foundation, or "launching pad", for the Holy Spirit to take them beyond what "eye has seen and ear has heard, or has entered into the heart of man"

(1 Corinthians 2:9-16).

Our Name and the Reason for It
CROSS & SPIRIT Ministry Center is the God-given name for our ministry.  It highlights the "REAL COMPLETE WORK" of Jesus Christ, which provides salvation for those that receive ALL that He has said and done by faith.  Although Jesus' sacrifice on the Cross is absolutely necessary for our salvation, the Cross did not stop Jesus or His work to save us.  His resurrection and ascension back to Heaven was also necessary.  Because His work of salvation was not finished until He sent the Holy Spirit to cause His followers to be "Born Again", without which no one can enter the kingdom of God (John 3:1-7; Acts 11:15-18; Romans 8:9).  The sending of the Holy Spirit by Jesus (John 15:26; 16:7) fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies of Ezekiel 36:26-27; Joel 2:28-29; and others.  Acts 2:39 states that the promise of the Holy Spirit is for all that would ever answer the call of God.  However, people of the world and of the Fallen Church should hurry to receive the Holy Spirit in a real, life-changing way; because the call will be canceled when Jesus returns for his people at the Rapture!

The Rare Calling of Pastor Redmond

Pastor Redmond has been blessed to receive a calling as an Apostle for these last days. This calling came not by the will of man, but was manifested by many supernatural means; the highlight of which came by him being caught away into the presence of Jesus Christ. Jesus indicated this special calling by referring to Pastor Redmond as Peter; as he had done for Simon in the Bible. In this astonishing encounter, Jesus said, "Peter, Follow Me!" That is why this ministry takes such a firm and definitive position when it comes to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. All associate ministers have accepted the calling of Jesus on their lives, and likewise do not compromise when presenting the gospel. As a result, this ministry can be a tremendous blessing to your spiritual life, especially in light of all of the false doctrine being proclaimed in this age of the fallen church.

The New Testament is Our Doctrine

God institutes and operates according to contracts, or covenants.  The Bible is divided into two main covenants.  First there is the old covenant as embodied in the Old Testament.  The Old Testament contains prophecies that foretold of the coming of the new covenant, or New Testament. As with all contracts, it is the new one that sets forth the terms and conditions for the parties to abide by. Therefore the New Testament supersedes the terms of the Old Testament (Hebrews 8:13).  The New Testament is established in the blood of Jesus Christ (Luke 22:20).  It ministers life to true believers by the operation of the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:6-8).  In that it represents the work and teachings of Jesus Christ, we must live according to the examples and teachings contained therein.  We use the Old Testament section of the Bible also, but in a way that's consistent with the New Testament.  We stress the use of the King James Version of the Bible because, although more modern translations may be easier to read, they often change the meaning of some passages in a very dangerous way.  For example, in 1 John 3:9 the King James Version makes it clear that a real Christian is not to "commit sin", while some translations say a Christian  should not "practice sin"; whatever that is.  Consider this, did Adam and Eve practice eating the forbidden fruit before they received the sentence of spiritual death? Or, did it take just one incident? Of course it only took one incident of sin, and it is still the same today. Sin causes instantaneous spiritual death (Romans 6:23 & 16; James 1:14-16).

Of course this freaks out those that have been deceived by doctrines of the last days fallen church, because (sad to say) they are the fulfillment of 2 Timothy 3: 1 and 5 by being people with a form of godliness, but without power. And that is because they have not the Holy Spirit that brings about a new, sin free, powerful creation through the born again experience (2 Corinthians 5:17). Jesus taught in Matthew 19:26 that "with God all things are possible". But the false prophets of the fallen church teach that it is not possible to live free from sin, even with the help of God. So, who are you going to believe, your pastor (or favorite TV preacher), or Jesus? YOU MAY HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE SUPPORTING YOUR VIEW, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING WITHOUT GOD!  According to Jesus, “Wide is the road that leads to destruction, and many go that way” (Matthew 7:13).
